1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing products from Amazing RC Store Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), whether online, in-store, or through any affiliated platform, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use our products.

2. PRODUCT USE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

All products sold by Amazing RC Store Ltd., including but not limited to:

• Remote control vehicles

• Lithium (LiPo), NiMH, and other batteries

• Chargers

• Electronic speed controls (ESC)

• Motors and servos

• Parts and accessories

are intended for hobby use by knowledgeable users.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• RC vehicles may operate at high speeds and may cause serious injury or property damage.

• Lithium batteries carry inherent risks including fire, explosion, overheating, and burns.

• Improper installation, modification, charging, storage, or use may result in injury, fire, or damage.

By purchasing and/or using our products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use.

3. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN

Unless specifically labeled otherwise:

• Products sold by Amazing RC Store Ltd. are NOT toys.

• Products are not recommended for children under 14 years of age.

• Adult supervision is required at all times for minors.

• Certain products may be suitable only for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Amazing RC Store Ltd. is not responsible for misuse by minors.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Amazing RC Store Ltd., including its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives, shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury

• Death

• Property damage

• Fire or battery-related incidents

• Electrical malfunction

• Product misuse

• Improper installation

• Modifications or alterations

• Loss of income

• Indirect or consequential damages

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Amazing RC Store Ltd. from any claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Use or misuse of products

• Failure to follow manufacturer instructions

• Improper battery charging or storage

• Aftermarket modifications

• Competitive or racing use

• Negligence in handling products

5. BATTERY & ELECTRICAL DISCLAIMER

Lithium batteries and electronic components must be handled with care.

By purchasing these products, you agree that:

• You understand proper charging procedures.

• You will use appropriate and compatible chargers.

• You will not leave batteries unattended while charging.

• You will store batteries in a safe and fire-resistant location.

Amazing RC Store Ltd. is not responsible for fire, explosion, injury, or damage resulting from improper battery use.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Amazing RC Store Ltd. provides no additional warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty unless explicitly stated in writing.

Any product that has been:

• Modified

• Disassembled

• Soldered

• Reprogrammed

• Used in competition

• Exposed to water (unless specifically rated waterproof)

may void any applicable warranty.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Shipping times are estimates only.

• Amazing RC Store Ltd. is not responsible for carrier delays.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns must comply with our posted Return Policy.

• Used products may not be eligible for return.

• RC vehicles, Electronics and batteries are be final sale.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

No Refunds, Returns are issued with store credit only.

No returns on any Cars, Trucks, Boats, Tanks, Electronics, Batteries, used or opened

*Please note that Special Order Items are Final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To Return an item:

1* Contact us at sales@amazingrcstore.com
to request a Unique Return Authorization Number.

2* Ship your item back to Amazing RC Store. Include a copy of your original sales receipt and your Return Authorization Number. We will not accept returns without a valid Return Authorization Number.

9. RAFFLES & PROMOTIONS

Participation in raffles or promotional events is subject to separate posted rules.

Amazing RC Store Ltd. reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel raffles.

• Disqualify participants.

• Adjust promotional terms at any time.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Amazing RC Store Ltd.’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product purchased.

Under no circumstances shall Amazing RC Store Ltd. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and defend Amazing RC Store Ltd. against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your use of products

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your negligence

• Third-party claims related to your product use

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

Amazing RC Store Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued purchase or use of our products constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
